These Terms of Service govern your use of ZingZee Sign. By using the service you agree to these terms.

1. Service

ZingZee Sign provides electronic signature workflows compliant with ESIGN (US federal) and UETA (US state). The service routes documents for signature and produces a tamper-evident audit certificate.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use ZingZee Sign for unlawful purposes, to impersonate others, or to bypass our security controls. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Data handling

See our FAQ and sub-processor list for current data handling practices. Bring-Your-Own Storage is available so customers retain full chain-of-custody of their signed documents.

4. Liability

The service is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZingZee Sign is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

5. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced to active customers.
